4. Deposit policy Your reservation is very important to us. Our artists are well trained and take pride in providing excellent hair and memorable experiences. We require a 50% deposit for all reservations. We understand that life happens and sometimes you must cancel or reschedule your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do so within 48 hours notice so we have the opportunity to fill your reservation time. If your appointment is canceled or rescheduled after 48 hours notice your deposit will be given to our artists as compensation for the time they’ve set aside for you.
